We want to be upfront about this.

Can I return makeup?

For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened makeup products cannot be returned or exchanged.

We know this can feel annoying, but it’s important for everyone’s safety.

When CAN returns/refunds happen?

You’re eligible for a replacement or refund if:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received the wrong item

What to do if something’s wrong?

Email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@gadbad.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos/videos of the issue

We’ll review it and sort it out quickly.

Refund timeline

Once approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days

  • Amount is credited back to the original payment method


We can’t take back used makeup —
but if we mess up, we’ll fix it.
